Refunds & Returns Policy :All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

– The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation or request original refunded product. Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.
– Delivery dates will be determined based on delivery mode chosen upon placing your order. Please note that those dates are estimated dates that can vary according to shipping companies’ backlog.
